As a guest you can browse the deck, read the guides and draw a card without giving us anything at all. Nothing you do as a guest is stored on our side — preferences and any reading you keep stay in your browser's local storage.

With a free account we store an email address, an optional display name, and the readings and notes you choose to save, so they follow you between devices. We also count how many card images you have saved in the current calendar month, to apply the monthly allowance.

Premium stores the same things, with no limits applied. It is not charged for yet; if that changes, payment details would be handled by a payment provider and never stored by us.

Saved readings, journal notes and tags belong to your account and are protected so that only you can read them. No other member — and no one browsing Drawn — can see them.

You can delete any reading, or all of them at once, from Me. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Card meanings and spread syntheses are generated from text bundled with Drawn and from what you type in the current reading.

When you ask for help interpreting a card or spread, the cards, positions and your chosen voice are sent to an AI model to write that response. Your journal history is not sent, and interpretations are not used to train anything.

We keep a small, privacy-conscious record of product events — a card saved, a spread opened — so we can see which parts of Drawn are useful. These events never contain your notes, your questions or the content of a reading, and there is no advertising, no third-party tracker and no behavioural profiling.

Standard web server request logs may still be kept by the hosting provider.

If you send feedback through Help shape Drawn, we store what you wrote along with your account tier and the part of the app you mentioned, so we can act on it. Your email is only kept with the feedback if you say you're happy to be contacted about it.

Feedback is read by the Drawn team only, and is never used for advertising or shared with anyone else.

Drawn sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If you sign in, a session is stored in your browser to keep you signed in. Guest preferences and guest readings use local storage, which stays in your browser.

You can, at any time:

• · Use Drawn as a guest, with no account at all.
• · Delete an individual reading from your journal.
• · Delete every saved reading at once from Me.
• · Turn off pattern insights so nothing is aggregated across readings.
• · Ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it.
